芪龙胶囊预防重型颅脑损伤下肢深静脉血栓的临床观察(1)

【摘 要】目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者下肢深静脉血栓(Deep Venous Thrombosis，DVT)的预防策略及方法。方法：选择重症医学科2011年10月一20l3年9月重型颅脑损伤67例符合人组条件的患者，随机分为干预组34例和对照组33例，干预组给予常规治疗及护理并给予芪龙胶囊预防治疗。结果：入组第8天及第l5天，干预组分别是0例和1例阳性。对照组分别是3例和7例阳性。干预组下肢DVT发生率明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论：给予芪龙胶囊治疗可有效预防重症颅脑损伤患者手术后发生下肢DVT。
