【摘 要】目的：比较体外培养纯化星形胶质细胞的不同方法对星形胶质细胞影响，为进一步研究奠定基础。方法：原代培养后分别经振荡纯化、传代纯化的方法培养星形胶质细胞。结果：原代培养的星形胶质细胞纯度不高；经振荡纯化后GFAP表达量明显增多，GFAP免疫荧光变亮；经传代纯化培养后纯度达到97%，GFAP表达量较少。结论：经过传代纯化的星形胶质细胞纯度较高，GFAP表达量较少，因此能更好地反映其在脑中的功能，是研究星形胶质细胞在脑中的功能较好的培养方法。
