【摘 要】目的：对我院抗菌药物管理情况进行分析。方法：采用医院信息系统，统计我院2012年1月—2012年12月抗菌药物的使用情况，再统计2013年1月—2013年12月我院抗菌药物实施规范化管理后的使用情况，并对比分析抗菌药物规范化管理前后各项指标的变化情况。结果：规范化管理后我院抗生率的使用率、使用不合理率、联合用药比例等指标明显低于规范化管理前，比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对医院抗菌药物使用情况的不合理，采取科学、有效、规范的措施，从多方面加强管理，可促进抗生素应用的合理性与安全性，减少不必要的浪费，还能有效规避医患纠纷的发生。
