【摘 要】目的：探讨下颌义齿修复前牙槽嵴顶的平整结合转移粘膜瓣在义齿修复中的应用。方法：15例活动义齿修复病例分别进行了牙槽嵴顶平整手术和软组织瓣转移术。在修复后提高了患者咀嚼能力的评价。结果：15例中有效率达93.3%达到了较好的临床效果。结论：对于尖锐牙槽嵴顶且附着龈缺失的患者，修复前做牙槽外科手术修整牙槽嵴顶，加粘膜的转移能获得良好的治疗效果，提高了活动义齿的承受能力。
