【摘 要】目的：研究分析在接受输卵管妊娠保守治疗患者中开展綜合护理的效果。方法：将本院行保守治疗的输卵管妊娠患者中的72例设为研究对象，经电脑随机法分组为两组。对比两组护理前后的卵巢功能指标情况。结果：护理后2周观察组患者的FSH、E2水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对接受保守治疗的输卵管妊娠患者行综合护理有利于改善卵巢功能水平，值得推广。

    【Abstract】objective：to study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients receiving conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods：72 cases of tubal pregnancy treated conservatively in our hospital were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups by computer. The ovarian function indexes of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.
