【摘 要】米非司酮在刚研制成功时，用于终止早孕的治疗，随着研究者们对米非司酮的研究不断深入，逐渐将其应用到了妇产科中，在抗早孕、终止中期妊娠、死胎引产等方面获得了令人满意的治疗效果，同时利用抗孕激素活性治疗子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤等具有确切的疗效。同时在有孕激素受体的肿瘤中也积极的应用，如宫颈癌、卵巢上皮癌、子宫内膜癌等。
