【摘 要】目的：系统评价综合护理干预对子宫切除患者术后生活质量的影响。方法：计算机检索9个中英文数据库中护理干预对子宫切除患者生活质量影响的相关随机对照试验。采用RevMan5.3软件进行统计分析。结果：共纳入8篇文献。Meta分析结果显示：综合护理干预能改善患者的生活质量，但在改善患者术后疼痛和思索评分与常规护理相比差异无统计学意义。结论：综合护理干预措施能改善子宫切除患者术后的总体生活质量，但对其改善疼痛和思索评分无明显作用。

    【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients after hysterectomy. Methods：We searched nine databases and screened the related randomized controlled trials . RevMan5.3 software was used for statistical analysis. Results：A total of 8 RCT was included.
