【摘 要】目的：探究精神分裂症患者应用心理护理干预对抑郁症状的影响。方法：选取我院于2017年9月至2019年3月收治的精神分裂症患者60例入组，均存在抑郁症状，根据电脑随机分组法分为两组各30例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预，对患者护理干预前的抑郁症状进行评估。结果：护理后，观察组患者的HAMA评分与SDS评分明显低于对照组，数据比较可见明显差异(P<0.05)。结论：精神分裂症患者护理中加强心理护理干预，可有效消除改善患者的抑郁症状，具有临床推广价值。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depressive symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Methods： Sixty patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled. All patients had depressive symptoms.
