【摘 要】目的： 探讨优质护理模式在预防宫缩乏力性产后出血中的临床疗效分析。方法： 选择从2018年4月至2019年4月收治的100例宫缩乏力性产妇为对象，按照掷骰子方法分为2组，给予对照组常规护理，给予研究组优质护理模式。结果： 研究组的2h出血量(193.50±17.65ml)、24h出血量为(105.35±11.65ml)、48h出血量为(75.45±8.95ml)、72h出血量为(9.55±1.35ml)均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的临床护理满意度(96.00%)明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论： 在预防宫缩乏力性产后出血中应用优质护理模式的临床疗效确切。
