【摘 要】目的：LC术式治疗急性结石性胆囊炎应用及疗效。方法：回顾分析我院2015年1月～2019年1月就诊急性结石性胆囊炎行LC术治疗的病例临床资料，术后平均随访半年。结果：所有病例均临床治愈，1例术后胆漏，2例胆囊窝积液，经保守治疗均痊愈出院，平均住院时间6天。结论：正确选择手术时机，及手术适应症，LC治疗急性结石性胆囊炎手术创伤小，并发症少，应做为首选治疗方法。
