【摘 要】目的：研究黄芪忍冬汤治疗输卵管炎性不孕症行腹腔镜手术后的临床疗效，并探讨其机理。方法：选择符合纳入标准的输卵管炎性不孕症患者144例随机分为观察组78例和对照组66例，对照组单纯行腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组在行腹腔镜手术治疗后再应用黄芪忍冬汤口服治疗，每次月经干净后连用20天为一疗程，最多连用6个疗程，观察并记录两组患者的妊娠情况并进行统计学比较。结果：观察组与对照组患者1年内临床妊娠率分别为55.13%与31.82%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，但症状和体征的改善率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：对输卵管炎性不孕症的患者在行腹腔镜手术治疗后应用黄芪忍冬汤口服能明显提高患者的临床妊娠率。

    Clinical study of astragalus honeysuckle soup in treatment of the tubal inflammatory infertility

【Abstract】 Objective：To Study astragalus honeysuckle soup on the clinical effect of the tubal inflammatory infertility line after laparoscopic surgery， and to explore its mechanism.Methods： 144 patients with fallopian tube obstructive infertility cases were included in the standard. They were randomly divided into the observation group of 78 cases and control group of 66 cases. The control group was only treated with laparoscopic surgery，and observation group was treated with astragalus honeysuckle soup after laparoscopic surgery， and each period is clean and can be followed by twenty days for a course of treatment， with up to six sessions. Finally， the pregnancy rates and statistical comparison were observed and recorded in both groups. Results：The clinical pregnancy rate of observation group was 55.13% and the control group was 31.82% for the one years， and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05)，however， there was no significant difference in the improvement rate of symptoms and signs(P>0.05. Conclusion：For the tubal inflammatory infertility patients， suggest laparoscopic surgery in advance. And then conbine with astragalus honeysuckle soup therapy can significantly improve the patient's clinical pregnancy rate.
