摘要：目的：分析延续性护理对高血压患者的生活质量影响。方法：选择高血压患者48例随机平均分为对照组应用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上进行延续性护理，对比两组的疗效及护理满意度。结果：通过延续性护理干预，观察组治疗效果优于对照组。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组。结论：对高血压患者应用延续性护理效果显著，明显改善了患者生活质量，值得推广应用。
