【摘要】目的：分析窄谱中波紫外线与阿维A药物治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法：选择银屑病患者50例，随机平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者予以常规窄谱中波紫外线治疗，治疗组予以阿维A等药物治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率94.34%，对照组总有效率76.7%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：阿维A药物治疗银屑病的效果显著，值得推广。
