社区高血压患者应用Orem自理理论的临床护理效果分析

     【摘 要】 目的 探讨Orem自理理论在高血压社区护理中的应用效果。方法 收集某社区高血压患者180例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各90例，对照组行常规护理，观察组行Orem自理护理模式。结果 观察组的知识知晓率、正确行为方式、用药依从性以及血压控制率均较护理前以及对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 对社区高血压患者实施Orem自理模式可提高其健康知识知晓率以及自理能力，更好地控制血压水平，提高生活质量，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 objective To investigate the effect of Orem theory applied in community patients with hypertension. Methods 180 patients collected in a community hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 90 patients in the control group underwent routine care group were observed Orem self care model.
