胃癌患者围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念应用效果分析(1)

【摘 要】 目的 探究分析对胃癌患者围手术期进行护理采用快速康复外科理念进行护理的效果。方法 将80例胃癌患者随机分为实验组(41例)和对照组(39例)，对照组患者进行常规护理，实验组患者常规护理的基础上采用快速康复外科理念进行护理干预。结果 实验组患者的术后排气时间、住院时间以及伤口愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组患者的术后并发症显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对胃癌患者围手术期进行护理的过程中应用快速康复外科理念，能够有效缩短术后排气时间、住院时间以及伤口愈合时间，降低术后并发症发生率，值得推广。
