临床输血病历检查的重要性

【摘 要】 目的 通过对临床输血病历的检查，提高输血病历的质量，避免医疗纠纷的发生。方法 根据《临床输血技术规范》和《医疗机构临床用血管理方法》的要求制定调查表，对本院2009-2013年临床住院患者的输血病历，每年随机抽调200份进行检查，对比分析。结果 自从执行临床输血病历检查后，每年的不规范病历数呈现递减的现象。结论 医院应加强临床输血病历的规范化管理，定期进行病历抽检，以降低医疗纠纷的风险。
