【摘 要】 目的探讨和研究凯福隆用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后感染预防的临床效果。方法病例选取为2012年4月-2014年1月之间我院收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的100例患者，根据术后抗感染用药不同分为两组，对照组50例术前30min给予凯福隆3.0g静注，观察组50例则在对照组基础上于术后给予凯福隆2.0g/次，2次/d静脉滴注，连用3d，对比两组患者的术后感染率和住院时间。结果观察组患者术后感染率为2.0%(1/50)，对照组术后感染率为8.0%(4/50)，观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；住院时间对比上，观察组同样显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凯福隆用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后感染预防的效果显著，结合预防用药能够有效降低感染发生率，缩短患者住院时间，值得在临床上推广和应用。
