【摘 要】 目的探讨和研究超声检查胎儿肾脏回声增强的临床意义。方法研究对象选取为2011年1月-2013年10月之间的26例产前B超发现胎儿肾脏回声增强病例，征求产妇意愿，对同意引产的14例进行引产后胎儿尸体解剖，其余12例则进行随访。结果本组26例胎儿中4例合并染色体异常，3例合并其它脏器异常，1例具有多囊肾家族史，12例未引产的患儿中，2例出生后B超检查提示肾脏回声转为正常，7例B超表现与产前相同，但无任何明显症状。结论B超提示胎儿肾脏回声增强主要是由于多囊肾、非特异性肾病或肾脏发育不良所致，在合并肾脏回声增强时应当警惕，要详细了解胎儿家族史、羊水量并做好各项检查，综合判断。
