颅脑CT的临床应用及CT片分析

     【摘 要】 目的探讨颅脑CT的临床应用及CT片分析结果。方法本次医学研究以我院2011年1月至2013年1月之间收治的60例颅脑损伤患者为观察对象。结果首次CT检查灵敏性为66.67%，根据患者病情改变实施多次CT复查，结果证实，随着患者发病时间的推移，部分首次颅脑CT检查阴性患者会转为阳性表现。结论颅脑CT是一种较为准确的颅脑损伤临床检查方法，能够对患者病情变化进行实时监测，但对于疑似颈髓损伤的患者，需实施MRI检查。
