【摘 要】 足跟痛为中老年常见的疾病，患者足跟肿胀、压痛，走路时疼痛加剧，有时双腿酸软无力等症状。年老体弱肌肉筋骨失养导致气血运行受阻、肾精不足、经络瘀滞。临床治疗上多采用针刀法配合中药薰蒸，疗效显著。针刀法不仅可以自足弓处切断跖腱膜，还可以切断跖长韧带的附着部；加上中药内服、手法理疗、外用中药薰蒸，起到标本兼治的临床效果。
