【摘 要】 目的了解急性上消化道大出血病人的内科舒适护理方法以及效果。方法对我院2011年12月至2013年12月收治的40例急性上消化道大出血病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析，予以患者救急处理以及多方面护理干预措施，观察患者临床疗效。结果经止血、补充血容量等急救以及护理后，出血停止后治愈出院21例，基于控制出血情况下转入消化内科予以强化治疗14例，予以内科治疗失败后施以手术治疗4例，抢救无效死亡1例。结论及时予以急性上消化道大出血病人临床护理干预，有助于降低各种并发症发生几率，减少住院次数，促进患者早日康复。
