阴道B超与腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的价值比较分析

【摘 要】 目的通过探讨阴道B超和腹部B超在诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值，旨在为提高异位妊娠诊断的准确率。方法选择2013年1月-2014年1月疑似异位妊娠的患者178例，随机平均分成观察组和对照组，观察组给予患者阴道B超检查，对照组给予腹部B超诊断，并结合手术病理比对统计诊断准确率、误诊率、特异度和灵敏度。结果观察组诊断准确率为96.63%、误诊率为2.25%、特异性为37.9%、灵敏性为94.3%，观察组显著优于对照组，且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论应用阴道B超诊断异位妊娠准确性、敏感性及特异性更高。
