老年高血压合并冠心病患者冠脉造影临床特点

【摘 要】 目的分析老年高血压患者群冠状动脉造影影像学特点，探讨老年高血压与冠状动脉病变特点之间的关系，并说明其关系的临床指导意义。方法收集2007年1月1日-2013年12月1日我院126例老年患者诊断冠心病且病历资料完整住院行冠状动脉造影者，依据是否合并高血压，分为高血压组和非高血压组，后进行回顾性病例对照试验，分别比较两组患者的一般资料、病变程度和类型的不同与联系。结果高血压组冠状动脉病变中单多支病变的比例、轻重度病变比例、冠状动脉血管发生弥漫性病变比例、侧支循环形成的患者比例高于非高血压组(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并冠心病患者有着弥漫病变多，多支病变多，狭窄程度重，并发症发生率高，更易形成侧支循环等冠状动脉病变特点，冠状动脉造影不仅反映冠状动脉病变程度与联系还为治疗策略提供信息。
