慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理分析

【摘 要】 目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理方法以及效果。方法对我院2011年12月至2013年12月收治的40例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察患者予以无创呼吸机治疗后呼吸频率与心率以及护理满意度。结果在对40例患者进行护理后，效果很好，患者呼吸频率、二氧化碳分压、心率以及血液酸碱度均得到改善，患者满意度高，36例患者经过治疗后病情好转继而顺利出院，4例患者因肺部感染致使治疗失败。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者而言，在其治疗时期，予以综合护理干预，能够保障治疗成效，减少住院次数，保证患者生活质量。
