【摘 要】 目的探讨诊断性刮宫联合药物炔诺酮治疗围绝经期功血的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性湖北省随州市中心医院2012年1月至2013年12月住院的43例围绝经期功血患者，再给予诊断性刮宫后，配合口服炔诺酮治疗，观察在治疗的前后相关指标变化情况。结果通过该方法治疗，相关的指标通过治疗前后的比较有这显著性差异，有统计学意义。结论诊断性刮宫术配合口服炔诺酮治疗围绝经期的功血临床疗效显著，有推广应用的意义。
