【摘 要】 目的探讨门诊头痛的临床头颅CT检查方法和结果。方法本次医学观察选取本院2011年1月至2013年1月之间收治的60例门诊头痛患者为研究对象。结果不同性别门诊头痛患者头颅CT检查结果对比无明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)；不同年龄和症状持续时间门诊头痛患者头颅CT检查结果对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论门诊头痛患者仅有少数的发病原因在于中枢神经系统器质性病变，因而头颅CT检查应用的必要性较差，但若患者存在神经系统阳性体征，则需实施头颅CT检查。
