羊水过少对胎膜早破产妇妊娠结局和新生儿的影响

【摘 要】 目的统计分析羊水过少对胎膜早破产妇妊娠结局和新生儿的影响，总结其临床意义。方法选取80例羊水过少的胎膜早破产妇为研究组，80例羊水正常的胎膜早破产妇作对照组，对比两组患者的妊娠结局和新生儿情况。结果研究组患者的剖宫产率62.5%、胎儿窘迫发生率41.3%、宫内感染率32.5%，新生儿Apgar评分≤7分率28.5%、低体重儿率11.3%、新生儿窒息发生率10%。明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论羊水过少对胎膜早破产妇妊娠结局有不良影响，可作为监测母婴安全和指导治疗的指标。
