口服布洛芬混悬液退热效果的临床研究

【摘 要】 目的 探讨布洛芬混悬液退热效果和不良反应。方法 随机将急性上感伴体温升高患儿360例分为A(治疗组)、B(对照组)两组，A组180例使用布洛芬混悬液治疗，B组180例使用散利痛治疗，比较分析两组退热效果和不良反应。结果 A组疗效优于B组，B组不良反应发生率高于A组，经统计学处理，有显著性差异。结论 布洛芬混悬液临床退热疗效好，起效快，血药浓度维持较长时间，用药期间安全性高。
