【摘 要】 目的 研究优质护理服务对护患之间信任度的影响。方法 选取我院2010年2月至2010年4月入院的40例患者，随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组采用优质护理，对照组采用常规护理，观察两组患者的不良心理状况，通过问卷调查了解护患之间的信任度。结果 观察组的不良心理状况低于对照组，信任度高于对照组，具有统计学意义。结论 优质护理可以有效地提高护患之间的信任度，降低患者不良心理状况的发生。
