    【摘要】目的：评价张家港市疾病预防控制中心与结核病定点医院合作的结核病防治工作效果,为完善医防合作提供借鉴。方法：收集张家港市2001～2010年肺结核病患者月报表、季报表、年报表, 对肺结核病人发现率、医疗机构网络报告肺结核病人及疑似肺结核病人的转诊到位率、追踪到位率、总体到位率等进行分析评价。结果：全市2006-2010年共发现新涂阳病人1424例，与2001-2005年的1043例相比增加了36.53%；追踪到位率均在85%以上，总体到位率在95%以上。结论：通过加强结防机构与医疗机构的合作，新涂阳肺结核患者的发现水平明显提高，充分发挥了定点医院的诊疗优势及市疾控中心的管理优势,加强了结核病防治工作。
