【摘要】 新医改方案把促进公共卫生服务均等化作为改革的重点，基层医疗卫生机构作为公共卫生服务项目的主要实施者，在实施基本公共卫生服务均等化中发挥了重要作用。本文结合某基层医疗卫生机构基本公共卫生服务项目开展情况，对基层实施基本公共卫生服务项目存在问题进行分析并提出建议。
