摘要：【目的】通过开展社区居民疾病和症状发生情况的调查，了解空气污染对社区居民的健康影响。【方法】采用整群随机抽样的方法对社区1219名居民进行健康问卷调查。【结果】居民冬季各系统的患病率均高于秋季，呼吸系统发病率差异有统计学意义；冬季症状发生率大多高于秋季，咳嗽、咽部红肿、流涕、鼻塞和打喷嚏等症状差异存在统计学意义。【结论】空气质量的变化对居民呼吸系统健康有影响。
