【摘 要】目的：调查社区二型糖尿病病人的自我管理现状，并对影响因素进行分析。方法：选择社区二型糖尿病病人116例，采用糖尿病自我管理行为量表对社区糖尿病病人自我管理现状进行调查。结果：糖尿病病人自我管理得分64.03±9.44 (总分104分)；住院次数越多的病人自我管理得分越高(P<0.01)；家庭经济状况越差自我管理能力越低(P<0.01)。结论：社区二型糖尿病病人自我管理能力较低，对糖尿病管理认识不足，需开展有针对性的社区健康教育干预。
