综合运动训练在膝关节置换术中的应用及对患者关节活动度和功能的影响(1)
【摘 要】目的:探讨综合运动训练在膝关节置换术中的应用及对患者关节活动度和功能的影响。方法:选择2014年8月至2016年8月我院接诊的90例行膝关节置换术的患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组术后进行单纯被动训练,观察组在对照组基础上进行综合运动训练。1个月后,比较治疗效果。结果:手术后,两组患者膝关节最大伸直角度均得到降低,膝关节最大屈曲角度增加(均P<0.05),且观察组结果均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组HSS评分高于对照组[(90.85±2.17)分vs(78.34±3.03)分],VAS评分比对照组低[(2.78±0.42)分vs(4.59±0.53)分](均P<0.05);观察组总有效率比对照组高[93.33%(42/45)vs75.55%(34/45)](P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组[2.22%(1/45)vs15.56(7/45)](P<0.05)。结论:在膝关节置换术患者术后应用综合运动训练效果显著,可促进关节活动度、功能的恢复,减少并发症,提高预后,值得应用推广。

After 1 months,then treatment effect were compared.Results: After surgery, the maximum extension angle of the knee joint of tow groups were reduced, The maximum flexion angle of the knee joint were increased(all P<0.05),and the result of observation group was better than that of control group(all P<0.05);the HSS score inthe observation group was higher than that of the control group[(90.85±2.17)scores vs(78.34±3.03)scores],the VAS score was lower than that of the control group[(2.78±0.42)scores vs(4.59±0.53)scores](all P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group[93.33%(42/45)vs75.55%(34/45)](P<0.05); the incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group[2.22%(1/45)vs15.56(7/45)](P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive exercise training is well for postoperative patients with knee joint replacement,which can promote the recovery of joint mobility and function,reduce complications and improve prognosis,it’s worthy of application and promotion.
