【摘 要】目的:探讨不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液对蟾蜍坐骨神经-腓肠肌收缩活动的影响。方法:选取蟾蜍坐骨神经-腓肠肌标本作为研究对象,采用电生理方法,测定不同浓度葡萄糖(葡萄糖溶液分别为50g/L、100g/L、150g/L及200g/L)在作用于坐骨神经的条件下,对骨骼肌收缩力的影响。并以甘露醇(浓度为20%)作为对照组进行比较,将对比的结果进行回顾性分析。结果:不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液对骨骼肌收缩的幅度均有不同程度影响,对骨骼肌收缩力的抑制作用越明显。高渗葡萄糖溶液对肌肉收缩起抑制作用,在一定范围内,抑制效果与浓度高低成正相关。结论:高浓度葡萄糖作为高渗透压,导致神经脱水,阻滞神经传导,进而抑制肌肉收缩。

Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of different concentration of glucose solution on the contraction of the sciatic nerve-gastrocnemius.
