【摘 要】目的：分析舒适护理干预对老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛的应用价值。方法：选取2009年3月到2018年3月收院诊治的老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者160例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组80例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理，对比两组疼痛改善情况。结果：观察组疼痛情况和生活质量均优于对照组，差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：舒适护理可以减轻老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者的疼痛程度。
