【摘 要】目的：探讨以家庭为中心的产后护理对产妇母亲角色适应的影响。方法：选择我院的分娩产妇105例进行观察，随机分成两组后分别实施常规产后护理及以家庭为中心的产后护理。结果：两组产妇对比的照顾婴儿能力评分、产妇母亲角色适应程度、母乳喂养率等存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：以家庭为中心的产后护理对产妇母亲角色适应的影响较大。

    Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of family-centered postpartum nursing on maternal role adaptation.Methods： 105 cases of parturient in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups：routine postpartum nursing and family-centered postpartum nursing..Results： there were significant differences (P< 0.05) in the scores of infant care ability. Conclusion： family centered postpartum nursing has a great influence on maternal role adaptation.
