我院2010—2017年护理论文发表情况分析(1)
【摘 要】目的：加强和促进医院管理者对护理的科研管理。方法： 对2010-2017年我院发表的护理论文从工龄、职称、学历、核心期刊发表情况进行统计分析。结果：2012-2017 年，我院护理人员发表论文数量随着时间推移，逐年上升，2016年和2017年明显增加，2010-2011年未见明显变化，核心期刊文章数量偏少。高年资、职称、学历护理人员发表数量明显高于低年资、职称、学历护理人员。结论：本院护理人员论文发表数量逐年上升，但论文水平较低，核心论文较少，且论文写作水平与工龄、职称、学历相关。需建立完善的护理科研管理与激励机制，调动护理人员的积极性和创造性，提升医院护理人员科研实力和水平，鼓励更多的护理人员开展科研工作。

Abstract Objective：to strengthen and promote the management of scientific research in hospital. Methods： the nursing papers published in our hospital in the past years of 2010-2017 were statistically analyzed from the length of service， title， education and core journals.Results：2012-2017， the number of papers published by nursing staff in our hospital increased year by year， increased significantly in 2016 and 2017， and there are no obvious changes in the years of 2010-2011， the number of articles in the core periodicals was less. The number of nursing staff with high age， professional title and educational background is significantly higher than that of junior nurses， professional titles and nurses. Conclusion： The number of papers published by nurses in our hospital is increasing year by year， but the level of paper is low and the core papers are less， and the writing level is related to the working age， professional title and educational background. It is necessary to establish a perfect nursing scientific research management and incentive mechanism， mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the nursing staff， improving the scientific research strength and level of the hospital nursing staff， and encouraging more nurses to carry out scientific research work.

1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 我院是一所集临床、科研、教学为一体的综合性三甲综合型医院。 2010-2017年护理人员数年均700人。数据来源于我院人事部和护理部。
1.2 方法
1.2.1 资料收集方法 护理论文发表数据来源于我院科研部，发表的学术论文第一作者必须是护理人员，所属第一单位必须是我院。
, http://www.100md.com 1.2.2 统计学方法 用件SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行分析，采用统计描述及X2检验，检验水准α=0.05，当P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。
2 结果
2.1 我院护理人员发表论文情况 2010-2017年总计发表护理论文884篇，每年分别是44篇、45篇、84篇、127篇、132篇、151篇、240篇、301篇，2010年与2011年论文数量未见明显增幅，2012-2017年论文发表数量明显增加，呈逐年上升趋势。
2.2 不同工龄护理人员发表论文情况 工龄在5-10年和10-15年之间，与其它工龄段相比，论文发表数量明显增加，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者相比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。见表1
2.3 不同职称护理人员发表论文情况 2012年-2017年，与护士相比，护师、主管护师、副主任护师、主任护师每年发表论文数量明显多于护士，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两两比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2010年和2011年，每年发表论文数量两两比较，未见明显增加，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(见表2), 百拇医药(郭静 王饶琼 曾海燕 刘晓燕)
