甲状腺癌术后替代治疗与胰岛素抵抗相关性分析(2)
綜上所述，TH能拮抗Ins的作用[4]， TH水平的升高能削弱Ins的能力，抑制肝内葡萄糖的产生和肌肉对葡萄糖的摄取[5]。同样，在生理范围之内细微地提高TH水平(亚临床甲亢)已被证明能诱导IR [6]。本研究证明在甲状腺癌术后甲状腺激素替代治疗患者中，TH水平内的升高与IR正相关，揭示了TH可能促IR的发展。上述研究提示， 临床对于甲状腺癌术后甲状腺激素替代治疗患者， 要注意经常检测胰岛素及血糖水平，及时控制高胰岛素血症及高血糖，避免DM的发生。
