【摘要】目的：了解PDCA方法在整体护理管理中的效果。方法：应用PDCA方法对我院128名责任护士进行调查和分析，比较干预前后责任护士对病人的掌握情况。结果：数据显示91%责任护士综合能力提高，符合率提高。结论：PDCA方法提高了整体护理质量。
