【摘要】目的： 分析SLE患者的临床表现及诊治情况。方法：对30例系统性红斑狼疮病例的临床表现及实验室资料进行分析。结果： 蝶形红斑为最常见的皮疹，系统损害以消化系统及呼吸系统为常见。实验室指标中以ANA、抗dsDNA阳性、血沉增快、补体下降多见。结论：早期诊断，皮质类固醇激素的规则治疗是决定预后的重要因素之一，对于危重患者可应用皮质类固醇或联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗。
