【摘要】鼻窦炎是耳鼻喉科较为常见的临床疾病，常常为多个鼻窦同时受累。难治性鼻窦炎不仅影响患者生活质量，而且会加重难治性鼻窦炎患者的呼吸道感染症状。临床中中医与西医治疗难治性鼻窦炎疗效不一，各有特色。本文则对中西医治疗难治性鼻窦炎的研究进展进行综述。

    【Abstract】Sinusitis is a common clinical disease in otolaryngology， often involving multiple sinuses at the same time. Refractory sinusitis not only affects the quality of life， but also exacerbates the symptoms of respiratory tract infection in patients with refractory sinusitis. Clinical Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of refractory sinusitis have different curative effects， each has its own characteristics. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of refractory sinusitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine.
