【摘 要】目的：研究在骨科患者护理临床路径中增加麝香追风膏穴位敷贴加手指点穴的临床效果与价值。方法：数据分析我科2017年3月至2018年2月期间纳入以及参与研究的390例住院患者，以随机数字表法平均分组，将采取常规护理干预患者选为参照组，将采取麝香追风膏穴位敷贴加手指点穴干预患者作为实验组，观察统计两组患者住院期间护理结果。结果：统计显示，参照组患者VAS疼痛视觉模拟评分、临床护理计算有效值、住院时间、满意度评分、护理知识评分对比实验组数据形成P<0.05的统计学数据差异。结论：将麝香追风膏穴位敷贴加手指点穴应用在骨伤科住院患者护理路径中疗效显著，值得广泛推广与借鉴。

    Abstract Objective：to study the clinical effect and value of adding Shexiangzufeng plaster and finger point in the clinical nursing pathway of orthopedic patients.Methods： data were analyzed from March 2017 to February 2018 of 390 inpatients who participated in the study.
