【摘 要】目的:确定与老年患者营养不良有关的可改变的危险因素。方法:调查沈阳军区总医院老年医学中心自2016年1月至2018年4月收治患者。采用MNA-SF量表评估营养不良。应用PARP进行危险因素评估。结果:营养不良发生率为12%。与营养不良有关的患者特征包括非大学学位及独居老人。口腔健康差及食物不安全影响饮食。结论:这项观察性研究的结果确定了与老年人营养不良相关的多种可改变的因素。【关键词】营养不良;微型营养评估简表;老年

Abstract Objective:To identify potentially variable risk factors associated with malnutrition in elderly patients. Methods: The patients were investigated at the Geriatrics Center of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region from January 2016 to April 2018. Malnutrition was assessed using the MNA-SF scale. Use PARP for risk factor assessment. Results: The incidence of malnutrition was 12%. Patient characteristics associated with malnutrition include non-university degrees and elderly living alone. Poor oral health and food insecurity affect diet. Conclusions: The results of this observational study identified a variety of variables that may be associated with malnutrition in the elderly.
