【摘 要】目的：探讨临床护理路径在初诊妊娠期糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果。方法：回顾分析笔者所在医院收治的64例初诊妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料，并随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予临床护理路径干预，对照组给予常规护理。结果：观察组患者的血糖指标改善情况显著好于对照组，组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理路径在初诊妊娠期糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果较好，可提升血糖控制效果。

    Evaluation of Clinical Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in newly diagnosed gestational Diabetes Mellitus

    Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application of clinical nursing pathway in newly diagnosed gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods：The clinical data of 64 newly diagnosed patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given clinical nursing path intervention and the control group was given routine nursing care.Results：The improvement of blood glucose index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：The clinical application of clinical nursing pathway in newly diagnosed gestational diabetes mellitus patients is better and can improve the effect of blood glucose control. ......
