EGFR和TREM—1在食管癌中的表达及黄芪多糖通过抑制炎症因子辅助食管癌治疗的作用研究(1)
【摘 要】
目的：探討表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和髓系细胞触发受体1(TREM-1)在食管癌(EC)组织中的表达及其与临床病例特征之间的关系。方法：选取食管癌组织及癌旁组织各72例，采用SP免疫组化染色法检测EGFR及TREM-1的表达，分析两者与EC之间的临床病理相关性。另选取食管癌患者术后给予APS注射液，测定APS对血生化指标的影响；采用ELISA法检测炎症因子IL-2，IL-6的含量。结果：食管癌组织中EGFR和TREM-1的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织，两者呈正相关(P<0.05)。EGFR的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关，TREM-1的表达与淋巴结转移相关。黄芪多糖治疗可以改善EC手术患者生化指标，降低IL-2和IL-6的水平，与P-CT组相比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：EGFR与TREM-1在EC组织中高表达，且EGFR与TREM-1两者之间的表达呈正相关性。可作为食管癌预后判断和基因治疗的分子靶标。

Abstract Objective： The aim of this study is to investigate the expression and clinical significance of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) and TREM-1 (trigger receptor of myeloid cells -1) in esophageal carcinoma (EC). Methods： The study tested 72 cases of EC tissues and 72 cases of para-carcinoma tissue. The expressions of EGFR and TREM-1 were detected by SP immuno-histochemical method.Then analyze the relationships and the correlations between these two antibodies and the clinical pathological factors of esophageal carcinoma. Moreover， APS were given to EC patients， then monitored the numerical value；Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was was used to test the numerical value of IL-2，IL-6.

Results： Compared with para-carcinoma tissue group， the expression of EGFR and Trem-1 were significantly increased in EC group，there was a positive correlation between the expression of the two (P<0.05). The expression of EGFR was possitively correlated to depth of invasion，lymph node metastasis and clinical stages；the expression of TREM-1 was possitively correlated to depth of lymph node metastasis. Compared with normal control P-CT group， the level of IL-2 and IL-6 in APS group were decreased， and the biochemical criterion were significantly IMPROVed in APS group (P<0.05).

Conclusions： The expression of TREM-1 and EGFR were significantly increased in EC and P-CT groups， and the expression of EGFR and TREM-1 were possitively related. ， and may be employed to indicate the biomarker of prognosis of esophageal carcinoma patients and regarded as a target of gene therapy.
