【摘 要】

    目的：对健康体检者出现晕针晕血反应的原因进行分析，并给出合理的防范措施。方法：随机抽选我院体检中心静脉采血者300例进行研究，分为对照组和观察组，对照组接受常规护理，观察组对患者晕针晕血反应进行问询后分析原因，并采取针对性护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：导致体检者出现晕针晕血的原因包括心理、身体、体位以及环境因素，干预后，对照组显著高于观察组，P<0.05。结论：对健康体检者晕针晕血的原因进行分析，并根据分析结果开展针对性护理，能够有效降低晕针晕血不良反应的发生几率。提升护理质量。
