【摘 要】目的：观察成人鼻窦炎伴哮喘患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗的效果。方法：选择2017年2月-2018年2月我院收治的成人鼻窦炎伴哮喘患者70例，采用随机数表法分为2组，每组35例。对照组予以保守治疗，观察组在对照组基础上应用鼻内镜手术治疗。比较两组鼻窦健康状况与肺功能指标。结果：观察组鼻窦评分低于对照组，FVC、FEV1、PEF及FEV1/FVC值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对鼻窦炎伴哮喘患者，应用鼻内镜手术利于改善鼻窦健康状况，优化肺功能指标。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on adult patients with sinusitis and asthma. Methods： 70 cases of adult patients with sinusitis and asthma from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into 2 groups，35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conservative treatment and the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery on the basis of the control group.
