【摘 要】

    目的：分析超声检查对颈部浅表淋巴结良恶性的鉴别诊断价值。方法：随机抽取我院2017年1月至2018年1月接收的颈部浅表淋巴结肿大患者100例回顾性分析，分别进行超声鉴别诊断和穿刺或手术病理学检查，对比诊断结果。结果：100例颈部浅表淋巴结肿大患者中，超声鉴别诊断患者淋巴结良性病变、恶性病变与病理学诊断结果符合率均较高，比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：超声检查是颈部淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断的可行性办法，诊断符合率较高，有一定的临床应用价值。
