【摘 要】目的：使用PDCA管理探讨男性精神障碍患者手腕带佩戴率及合格率。方法：按照管理方法将224例患者分成2组，对照组和观察组，分别为112例，对照组，使用常规护理管理；观察组，给予3个月PDCA护理管理。结果：观察组的手腕带佩戴率98.21%，合格率为100%，明显高于对照组的74.11%，86.61%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过PDCA管理，可以有效提高患者手腕带佩戴率及合格率，规避护理风险，确保患者及医疗安全。
